Some people seem to have the keys to the kingdom. You see them driving around town in their new BMW’s or Mercedes Benz, looking like they don’t have a care in the world. You see ads on television and online, talking about how you can earn outrageous fortunes with little to no work. How do they do it? Does this even exist? You need to learn how to earn residual income so you can become one of the fortunate few.

Maybe it’s not such a crazy idea, after all. You can create residual income for yourself very quickly. Residual income is cash that you receive from an ongoing process that does not include you working at making money. Sound confusing? It’s really not. The most common ways to create wealth and residual income are through internet sales and affiliate marketing.

In order to attain residual income, you’d usually be burdened with creating or purchasing products to sell, creating a webstore and having to market your wares. Membership sites and renewable products are typically the first things you think about when you hear residual income. This form of residual income earning requires you to establish a membership website or create products that are replenished on a regular basis.

Many people end up earning residual income from these methods almost by accident. People sign up for a product or service one time and either don’t realize that it has an automatic renewal or simply don’t bother canceling, even if they never use your product, you’re still receiving a monthly income based on that one time sale.

Plug in profit sites are all the rage right now. With the ability to earn unlimited income with little to no effort, people are seeing huge profits. It’s quick and easy to start earning money immediately with these types of sites. You will need to get an affiliate ID with several products and engines before going any further.

Get a domain name and purchase membership to a Plug in Profit site. You will instantly have a customizable, fully functioning website to start making money fast. Your Plug in Profit site will allow you to offer the masses your affiliate products and increase visibility for your site. You can start earning money, around the clock almost instantly with a Plug in Profit site.

While you’ll have full control over the graphics and dynamics of your site, that’s all the creative input you’ll need to deal with. These proven sites are cash cows like you’d never thought possible. Just plug in your data and be on your way. Spend your days and nights as you please, knowing you’ve got money coming in at all hours of the day.

Government Auctions – Gain a Competitive Advantage as an eBay Seller

Selling merchandise on eBay has been recognized as one of the top ways to sell products and establish a lucrative online home based business. A few years ago it was fairly easy to make money this way, however, over the years eBay has become over populated with sellers, making it even more challenging to find products that are not saturated on eBay and inexpensive enough to make a decent profit from. When you use an online supplier, you have a disadvantage compared to other eBayer’s, because many receive volume discounted pricing on merchandise that you would have to compete against.

Here is a way you can have a competitive advantage and make much higher profit margins then long time eBayers. The government collects millions of items through many diverse sources such as bankruptcies, unpaid taxes, repossessed items, unclaimed items or government surplus that they simply want to quickly get rid of. These items are sold either live at a local US or Canada government auction or online from a government web site. Since these items don’t bare a cost to the government, they aren’t concerned about selling at high markups like a wholesaler is, so you can buy merchandise for far less then what they are worth.

Purchasing products at government auctions means you are buying goods that are not only unique but are deeply discounted as well. These auctions have a extensive range of items that are great for selling on eBay including items such as jewelry, electronics, office equipment, etc. There are also numerous new or near new items existing in sizeable quantities which means less time adding items in eBay. To give an example, at a government auction I recently attended someone bought 11 ATM machines for $45 each which they sold for $467 each and another person bought 43 digital cameras for $600 which they auctioned off on eBay for a 700 percent profit.

So if you’ve never sold an item on eBay then I would suggest going to eBay and taking 10 minutes to set-up a free eBay membership (see link below) and entering in a fake item for sale (it’s easy, follow eBay’s guidance). You can do this without physically offering the item for sale. This quick implementation will show you now painless it is to sell items on eBay.

Then go to the Government Auction Review Site below and check which government auction site(s) are the best options to locate government auctions and items listed at each (online and live auctions). Once you learn of the government auction site that will offer access to virtually unlimited merchandise for you to resale, then join that site.

All you have to do now is search for government auction sale items online and/or visit a local live government auction. Then buy items amongst the countless great deals and list them on eBay for a nice profit. Viola, eBay’s complete audience has access to your items and can now bid on them.

My congrats because you have just started what will be a very profitable online business.
